Crist’s internal polls show him leading over Rubio and Meek, 36%, 28% and 23%
A poll commissioned before Charlie Crist announced he would become an independent showed him winning a three way race for U.S. Senate.
- Independent Charlie Crist: 36
- Republican Marco Rubio: 28
- Democrat Kendrick Meek: 23
Are you satisfied or dissatisfied with a two party political system?
- Satisfied: 41
- Dissatisfied: 54
The survey of 800 people was conducted April 26-27 by Public Opinion Strategies, according to the Crist campaign.
