Parents out there who worked with Helinger, I am curious how many have been sent to Lela Bloodsworth by this judge?…I heard ” Helinger burns incense at her feet”, another link in the chain of corruption.

Can anyone please help me with a recuse against Jerk Helinger. I have lost 28 months out of 31 since I patitioned the courts. My daughters mother let her family lure our child away so I could get assaulted . its a long story what I been through. but she admitted this and he said she had done nothing wrong. According to florida statuts 787.03 it was a crimanal act. When asked about the assault. The mother said ” he got what he disserved” Even the St. Petersburg Detective involved in the case said I am not in the wrong. As well as many other Professionals involved in the case. Jerk Helinger sent us to Wendy Couglin another bottom feeder. She has allowed the mother to use alligations from ten years ago. Wendy said she would advise to the judge that I should not see my daughter because of my attitude. Any Parent would have been pissed if the other tries to use crap made up and most importantly from ten years ago. I will check my e-mail. we could meet at a local coffee shop called Kawhas on the corner of 2nd st and 5th Ave. N. Leave you name and No. and I will call. Please help I would like to see my daughter without her mother or Jerk Helingers interfearance.

This guy (and I use that term VERY losely) must be exposed! I have sent off letters with FACTS of his corruption and lack of care for ‘the best interest of the child’ (which is supposed FL law) to every news station in Pinellas County, along with Nancy Grace. Obviously most news stations don’t like to get involved in ‘politics’, but if I could encourage any of you — it would be to send your stories of disgust with this judge to every news station also! Eventually there will be enough people complaining about this Judge and his wrong-doings, blatant bias, and lack of any care or concern of the children — that it will get media attention! Please, please, please contact our news stations! We must get this Judge out of a place of decision making power — he does NOT have a sound state of mind to be in such a powerful position.

The key word here (as indicated in the initial report/link) is “may.” For this website to write a headline of confirmed action that is linked to a story with a qualifying word (“may”) is misleading and poor journalism.

I agree with all the posts. It is incredible how transparent his allegiance is to his good ol boy’s network. This is frightning. To deal with him, hire someone from his network. Otherwise, you do not stand a chance. I lost all confidence in this judicial system. Corruption ruins families, lives and eventually nations. How could we protect ourselves and our children? Give me hope, anyone? We cannot keep quiet, we have to act.

The bill, as written, would prevent the collection of data about private prisons and their effectiveness. Why would you hide that info unless you knew it proved your arguments wrong? And in order to increase profits, won’t these private prison firms need more prisoners to fill their facilities? Will this increase the number of arrests for minor infractions and require new laws to be written in order to comply with the need for new prisoners? Hmmm.
